About the role:
- OC Sales Associate day-to-day responsibilities include:
- End-to-end lead management through different stages (Site visit, post visit follow up etc)
- Pitching core value proposition of Oxfordcaps to the customer and converting leads to OC residents.
- Owning on-ground activation and offline sales in the assigned territory
- Conducting surveys to understand the customer demographic and issues faced by students in their current accommodation
- Generating referrals
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
- Must be at least graduate.
- Can join us asap
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Natural selling skills and ability to hustle
